      Over two years ago, I installed "ESP8266 & Arduino & GUI-O automatic pairing," which worked perfectly! Now, I need to program new ESPs, but when compiling them in the Arduino IDE, I get a lot of error messages. I had to update the IDE (version 2.3.7). What can I do to fix these problems?

        Yeah, I've been planning to update the examples for the new esp core library.

        Sadly, I haven't gotten around to it yet. I've already updated some esp32 examples, but not the eap8266.

        Currently, I don't have access to my PC, but I will try to update the examples in the following weekend... I will do my best and will let you know.

        If you cannot wait that long, I suggest you try running an older version of Arduino IDE.
