I have TA and TI widgets as well as an Img on page3. How is it possible to put a Label "temporary" in the TOP part, so that it appears on top of this Widget?

Check out the "Visual stacking order" section in the manual. The widgets visual stack order is determined by their creation order.
So, create the label after the other widget and it will be displayed over.
